Prime Business Solutions established in 2004 focuses its services towards the food industry to improve hygiene, quality and food safety. We have more than 200 Malaysian and international customers since our inception. Among them are multinational companies, manufacturers, direct selling companies, investors, consultants, importers, printers and also government agencies and departments.

We have noted significant compromises in the areas of food handling, equipment maintenance and overall cleanliness of manufacturing premises. Our aim is to minimise, if not eliminate, these compromises by providing cutting edge solutions through hands-on training and supply of state of art equipment and consumables.

Our speciality is the provision of integrated services required by the food industry, ranging from seeking certifications from relevant bodies, approvals, training and consultation to printing, traceability system and non-toxic chemicals.

We are also local distributor for the full range Charmnote products. The Charmnote Eco Super X, manufactured in Australia by Kea Corporation Pty. Ltd. is our latest addition. We believe this multipurpose product will really suit the requirements of most of our customers as it is an excellent non-toxic degreaser and sanitizer, protecting the safety on workers and the environment.

Charmnote is suitable for all industries as its ingredients are derived from plant and is therefore environmentally friendly. With water based solutions specifically formulated and pre-optimized for industrial, commercial and domestic applications, Charmnote products lift, separate and emulsify oils, fats and soiled residue. The advanced optimization technique used in the development of Charmnote products offers a high degree of cleaning and degreasing capability.
