Product Consultation

Ingredients Consultation

• Provision of advisory services on food ingredients (formulation) adjustment for products to be classified as “food” under Regulations set by Ministry of Health.

Label Consultation

• Provision of food label checking and advisory services according to the Food Act 1983 and Food Regulations 1985. Labels will be designed in softcopy by us for faster turnaround process.

Lab Analysis

• An extra service if taken together with Ingredients and Label Consultation. We can send samples for required lab tests through our panel and SAMM accredited lab with minimal labor charges. We cover Nutrition Facts, Chemical, Microbial and other relevant tests for food and water samples.

Application for Product Classification from Ministry of Health

• Upon ensuring that the product formulation complies as “food”, customers may opt to get our help to submit their application of Product Classification (Pengkelasan Produk). This is to prove that the product is classified under “food” category.
• This service is free of charge for ingredients consultation. For submission without consultation, there is no guarantee on obtaining timely approval.

Application for Label Screening from Ministry of Health

• This is show that the label complies with the Food Act 1983 & Food Regulations 1985. This submission is free of charge if taken together with label consultation.
