Food Handling
Course

A compulsory course for all Food Handlers. Teaching experience since 2006 for over 15,000 Food Handlers around Malaysia. Now available both online and offline.

  • Held using the ZOOM application.

  • Can join from home, the office or anywhere suitable for learning.

  • Saves time and travelling expenses.

  • Will take an extra 10 to 15 minutes because you have to answer more quizzes during the training session.

  • Participants need to be familiar with Google Forms and Zoom. Also recommended using a computer instead of a phone. No device sharing.

Face to Face
  • Organized in our training centre at Seri Kembangan or In-House at your place with a minimum number of participants set for each session. 

  • Easy access to our training centre, ample free parking (until further notice) at basement level, around 10 metres away from MRT Bandar Putra Permai Station (less than a 1-minute walk).

  • Convenient, Comfortable and Complete (3C) training room. 

  • Direct interaction & communication with the trainer, will be a more fun learning session.

DURATION

ONLINE: 3-4 hours


OFFLINE: 3 hours or 7 hours

TRAINERS

All our trainers are recognized and registered trainers by the Ministry of Health. They are well experienced and our training sessions are guaranteed always packed with knowledge, interesting activities and fun for our participants.

LANGUAGE

English / B. Melayu. If you need translators (example: Nepal, Myanmar, Hindi), need to request early and upon availability with an additional charge. Handouts are also available for different languages. 

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

Each participant will receive their certificate which is recognized by the local council, MoH; Halal, MeSTI, GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000 auditors. Lifetime validity.

Who Should Attend?

Anybody who directly handles or have contact with food, utensils, equipment, packed food or transport such as: :

Food factory, warehouse.

Restaurant, food court, cafe, kiosk. 

Movable premises such as food truck.

Child care centre, kindergarten. 

Canteen and Cafeteria such as for boarding schools, factories, and colleges.

Old folks home or special care centre

Food delivery or logistics services.

Grocery shop, supermarket, market.

Course Content

Interesting, Informative and we give more content than the standard syllabus set for this training: 

Introduction: Importance of hygiene, clean and safe food.

Certification related to the Food Industry: Halal, BeSS, MeSTI, GMP, HACCP, ISO22000.

Food Handlers, Apparels, Equipment & Premise Hygiene.

Pest and Waste Control

Food Contamination: Type and agents of contamination

Food Safety and Food Borne Diseases.

Legislation & Enforcement: Food Act 1983, Food Regulation 1985, Food Hygiene Regulation 1985.
