Who Should Attend?

A compulsory course for all Food Handlers as stipulated in the Food Hygiene Regulations 2009 issued by the Ministry of Health Malaysia which requires all food handlers to be trained in Food Handling and to be familiar with these Regulations.

This course is also recommended for those indirectly associated with the food industry to create awareness and gain knowledge of basic food hygiene and prevention from foodborne hazards.

Did you know?
According to Food Hygiene Regulation 2009 (Reg.30), any food handler who works in any food premises that failed to undergo Food Handling Training, may be fined up to RM 10,000 or jailed not more than 2 years.
How You Will Benefit:

  • Create a positive attitude towards cleanliness of your place of work, industrial premises, ensuring your staff clearly understand their individual responsibilities and practice basic cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
From 3 hours to 1 day training, upon customer's request.

Will be issued to each participant and regulated by the Ministry of Health and also recognized by Halal/GMP/HACCP/FSMS auditors. Certificate is valid for lifetime.

Registered with MoH and well experienced.

Malay/English. For foreign workers, translators and translated handouts are available with extra charge.
