Admin Executive

Job Description:


  • Office administrative works such as filing, record keeping, dealing with suppliers and managing bills.

  • Create and send quotation/invoices and follow-up for payment from customers.

  • Answering phone calls, Facebook enquiries & website chats. 

  • Will be appointed as SLPM (Sekolah Latihan Pengendali Makanan) Coordinator, manage Food Handling Training schedules, reporting and data entry to the Ministry of Health.

  • Assist in documentation and application of Halal, MeSTI, GMP, HACCP, AMB/AMS, labelling and other projects.

  • Make follow-up calls to relevant agencies and update customers.

  • Minimum STPM or Diploma in any field.

  • Fluent in spoken and written English. Good communication skills.

  • Preferably Malaysian Muslim female (Halal certification projects). 

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Must be agile, independent and willing to take on additional challenges.

  • Capable of handling multiple projects and priorities, self-starter and results-oriented.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

  • A self-motivator and keen on working in a startup environment with minimal supervision.

  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.


Salary: RM 1,500 to RM 1,800.
Working Hours: 9 am to 5 pm (Mon-Fri). 
Job Type: Full time, starts in September 2020.
Location: Prime Business Solutions Sdn Bhd,      Subang Perdana, Shah Alam.
