Admin Executive
Job Description:
Qualifications:

Office administrative works such as filing, record keeping, dealing with suppliers and managing bills.

Create and send quotation/invoices and follow-up for payment from customers.

Answering phone calls, Facebook enquiries & website chats.

Will be appointed as SLPM (Sekolah Latihan Pengendali Makanan) Coordinator, manage Food Handling Training schedules, reporting and data entry to the Ministry of Health.

Assist in documentation and application of Halal, MeSTI, GMP, HACCP, AMB/AMS, labelling and other projects.

Make follow-up calls to relevant agencies and update customers.

Minimum STPM or Diploma in any field.

Fluent in spoken and written English. Good communication skills.

Preferably Malaysian Muslim female (Halal certification projects).

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Must be agile, independent and willing to take on additional challenges.

Capable of handling multiple projects and priorities, self-starter and results-oriented.

Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

A self-motivator and keen on working in a startup environment with minimal supervision.
